Pre-registration shall be made exclusively online at the event’s website until November – 6, 2015.
Registration on the day of the event is subject to space availability, which will be announced on this website after pre-registration period.

It will take you to PayPal, where you can use your existing PayPal account or subscribe to this service in order to submit the registration fee payment.

Cancellation, refund and replacement
Cancellation requests must be made before October, 15, 2015.
Refund will correspond to 50% of the fee paid and will be returned within 30 days after the event.
Refund request must mention delegate’s bank account.
After 10/15/2015 no refunds will be made – alternative attendees will be permitted
To designate alternate attendee: The person unable to attend must send an e-mail with the name and ID of the alternate attendee to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then perform the new registration.
